Jim's fascination with all things Eddie Lampert is kind of ridiculous.
Cramer
simply needs to come to grips with the fact that the man had a hot streak
in the
1990s culminating with the K-mart restructuring. And it ends there.
I lost count how many times I wrote up in MIS another bad Sears experience
in
the AL (after Lampert) era. Well, here's the n+1st bad Sears experience.
We
have had a service contract on our Sears gas grill (and other appliances)
for
over twenty years. During BL (before Lampert) we long standing service
contract
customers got 24 hour turn-around if any of our covered appliances needed
repair.
Today, I asked for service on the grill. The usual stuff -- adjust the
ignition, change the burners, replace a steel burner guard. It will be
two
weeks (14 days) before a technician gets over here. Gimme a break, Eddie
Lampert! I could only imagine what the turn around time would be if our
refrigerator or stove needed service.
