I own a poorly constructed position in YHOO which I bought when 
MR.SOFTEE made the offer...I am now less than a buck from even.. I will 
take my money and run or take a slight loss and run.. Because what you 
laid out is what is going to happen.. MSFT can play from a position of 
strength.. Sit back and buy the remains after they beat each other up..

MSFT needs the position of internet ad revenue.. It is where advertising 
money is running.. print crap in the mailbox is getting less and less..

More and more targeted internet focused is where they have to be.. Or 
GOOGLE takes over that realm
