Yep, did that back in '97 when the wife had to roll her pension money 
over to an IRA.  The CFA put us in some OK mutual funds but the best 
thing she did in retrospect is she put 35% in US Treas. Strips.  That 
really helped to weather the dot.com bust.  Probably one of the best 
$200 we ever spent for her advice.  Nancy Abrams in Century City, CA.  I 
would recommend her to any newbies that suddenly have a substantial 
amount to get invested.  We never lost any principal during the dot.com 
bust.

Hehe.  Heebner has stuff in CGMRX that is not specifically real estate. 
Like MOS, POT, RIO and RTP.  The guy is certainly no dummy.  I see that 
he has SPG in there which we also hold.  It is up about 21% YTD.  It 
looks like all of our real estate holdings have bottomed and are heading 
higher now.  Other RE holdings are SLG, EGLRX and SWAIX.
