  What IMHO your missing is that Europe will soon be dealing with a 
similar situation that happened here with RE Values.  Devalued housing 
and the financial derivatives backing the mortgages loosing their AA BB 
ratings as what took place here with BSC will ignite a new round of 
world financial ciaos soon in housing..  I hope this is not the case but 
I think we will know soon.. Seems that China will be feeling our pain as 
  we contract and with its market as overblown as it is we could see 
some serious retracement in China's stock market.  Lets hope I am
incorrect.

I will try to think positive.. I am not all about gloom and doom.  But 
it ain't going to be easy.. hahaha
