As y'all likely know, I have been positive on selective REITS for a few

What I look for are those which specialize mostly in commercial versus
residential, pay a very large dividend (10% or more), earn the dividend,
have a good cash flow, and have reasonable liquidity. Most all of em are
beaten up share price wise. IMO those that meet the previous criteria
will
have good cap gains as well as allowing one to get huge dividends.
