Supply is starting be absorbed due to deep discounting., Mainly newer
homes 
and investors are getting very good prices.  But the freefall seems to
have 
stopped  and in some areas it has come back some.  Lenders are still 
skittish and appraisals are lower range. I think the worst is over.. but 
the hang over may be longer than expected...   China is that big sucking 
sound coming out of the west..   IT is going to take time and it is going 
to bounce awhile.. imo
