50% drop in house prices coming?

On Mad Money,   Ken H from the CGM Realty fund said homes going for over
$500,000 now will see a 50% haircut in 2006.    Is it possible?

Read alot of negativity and crash talk around the forums today.    But
it's not that easy.    If it happens,  it will be next year.    We get
the Santa rally in an attempt to save Xmas, then tank in Jan.
