Elevator pitch - South Beach Style + free training (save $60 today).

by Zodex <zodex1@[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Aug 20, 2007 at 07:43 PM

I just wanted to say hi to everyone from South Beach, Florida! I was
passing by Ocean Blvd, scattered with small and exotic little
restaurants and bars with pricy menus ($12 for an Apple Martini for
example). So getting people off the road into the establishment is a
critical task. Every 10 feet you get pitched by a street side sales
person, and there is where you can see what makes a good sales pitch
and a bad one! And they have less time then for a regular "Elevator
Pitch". They in fact, have only 3 seconds, which is the exact time you
have to make your visitor stay on the web site after arriving (or else
they click away to the next web site).

So what makes a good "elevator pitch"?

1. Quick and to the point - NO TIME TO WASTE!
2. What's in it for the "pitchee" (the one receiving the pitch). They
don't care about you or your enterprise (or web site).
3. Benefits, Benefits, Benefits. For example, it's easy, it will make
your life better, it will take the pain away or give you pleasure
etc.... (NO FEATURES PLEASE - PEOPLE WANT BENEFITS NOT FEATURES!).

So how do they do it in South Beach? The best pitch I heard was: Free
drink, and 2 for 1 prices! To the point! Can you make a good quick
"elevator pitch" and get the attention of the visitor at your web site
in 3 seconds or less?

If you want to learn more about these and other marketing techniques,
I will be teaching them at the next online seminar (webinar) listed
at:

http://MyRealEstateWebSites.com

The price for the webinar is $60, but if you register in advance, I
will pay for your attendance fee (so it's free). BUT YOU MUST PRE-
REGISTER IN ADVANCE! (Limited to the first 20 only).
PS: I also teach web marketing techniques around the country. If you
need web site marketing training for your group, please give us a call
at (800) 530-9000. The cost is less then free - WE WILL PAY YOU CASH
AND PROVIDE FANTASTIC TRAINING TO YOUR GROUP!

Sincerely,
