Greetings,
I would like to update everyone on the property we are offering on 224
Green Cove, Montgomery, TX 77356. We have a tentative approval from
the bank on our short sale offer, expected to be confirmed by Tuesday
Jan. 29th, and as a result we are now able to offer this property for
$800,000, previously priced at $975,000. At this new price, the deal
will have $350K in equity after construction is completed.
We are looking for a cash buyer to wholesale this property to. Seller
is facing foreclosure on Feb. 5th, so buyer must be able to close
within the next few weeks. Buyer must provide proof of funds and non-
refundable deposit of $5,000 upon assignment of contract. If,
however, the short sale is not approved for some unforeseen reason,
the deposit will be refunded.
We will also pay a $5,000 referral fee to anyone who puts us in
contact with a buyer, should that buyer close on this property before
the foreclosure date.
