Ah, you see, not all land is created equal. You may think that there
is no land problem un such a large territory as the US. But who needs
land in the middle of nowhere? You want land close to the markets!
Have you ever tried to rent commercial property in the middle of
Manhattan? Or in a very active mall? THERE is a limiting factor for
you my friend :)
