I'm lending money out for nothing (in a way), buying justice (though).
The deal is: they get a loan for nothing, then at the point where
the previous owner retires I get a fair deal between owners and
employees, simply because I like to see Justice being done. I then
run a chance of one day being either owner or employees, and become
beneficiary of that Justice. If there are more then 9 employees, the
business is given to them. Previous owner gets a full time wage for
as long as he worked in the company, like a (great) pension). See
http://www.jhwh.be/fund/een
for terms of agreement.

At this point my lending capacity is 20,- to be increased each month
from saving on monthly income. If significant capital is 10.000 Euro
for a start-up (not a lot but not insignificant for a small startup),
it will take me about 40 years to become a significant business
financier to one business. It would take 39 more members to do that in
1 year. In which case after 40 years, 40 businesses could be funded
each 10.000 Euro. If 50% of business fail, and 75% of those surviving
stay below the size limit of 10 employees after 40 years, that would
yield 5 democratized businesses after 40 years of saving by 40 people
about the value of a half days work per month. How many businesses
do 40 people need ? 5 will do. The system is self sufficient.
