Maybe you missed that 1) Clinton in fact also cut the welfare handouts
you cheer on above, 2) the CLinton boom largely happened because of
technological breakthroughs that the politican administration had nothin
to do with? What is your comment on that?

Sorry, the tax brackets during Clinton's tenure were 15-39,6%. During
Carter they went as high as 70% and Eisenhower as high as 91%.
