world today. What are the costs in health and excessive waste in expense

healthcare ? Can you put a number on the cost of asthma on a yg child who 
didn't deserve it yet the gov didn't protect them and will how many look
or 
need help because of flawed policies. I have tracked the number of clean
and 
polluted days and I have tracked the cosequences.. few studies cared to 
compare these things cause there were no money to be made. We need many 
alternatives and we need more Gov. Arnolds to stop this now so we don't 
sicken more people Like I said we were doing five years ago.
