This particular debate grows old. It was a fairly won election
by the rules of the game. It's also the case in every game that the
more rules the game has, the more the game becomes about the rules
rather than the original point. No system can be designed with
sufficient rules to prevent stupidity and corruption, and the more you
try, the more the system that results will FAVOR the corrupt.

Right, like I said. You first need the guns, THEN your
