More than likely, but it's everything from major metro areas, suburbia, to

small rural communities.

Probably "residential" would be a more apt term - homes and the sup****ting

area (commercial, streets, infrastructure, etc.).

IIRC, 90% of the population of Canada lives within 100 miles of the 
Canadian-US border.
