Today I open up the financial news and see that Merck and Schering
Plough have sunk
over Vytorin. SGP was down by 25% to $14.50 or down by $5.
The last time I commented on this problem of Vytorin, I said that CEO
Hassan of
SGP was originally hired in order to sell SGP some 5 years back. And
ironic
that here Fred Hassan does almost everything for SGP except applying
the effort to
sell the company.
Last time I wrote I said that Fred could probably sell SGP in the mid
to upper 20 dollars
if my memory is correct. Well, today Fred maybe lucky to sell at 20
dollars per share.
I believe as a shareholder of SGP, that it is time to sell Fred Hassan
away from
SGP and to get a new CEO.
Fred's gift prior to SGP was his ability to sell a drug company, but
somehow
Fred lost that gift during his adjournment as CEO of SGP. So it is
time now
to sell off Fred Hassan and to remove him from SGP.
