You just love to be a bigot, don't you Ken? The
problem is not in your sources, but in yourself.
I foresee, and soon, too, what with the Olympic
Torch passage putting China at odds with the entire
civilized world[*], a new product out of China, the
"potty dentata" that does a stainless-steel-teeth
insta-gelding of those males who dare to complain
about Chinese product quality. The distaff version
"insta-spay" will be more complicated, and so will
have a later release date, so for now, whine on
distaff potty mooners.
Pay a little attention to history, and recall to
mind the criticisms of Japanese product quality in
the years closely following the end of WW-II.
Realize then from that history that poor quality is
_not_ a producer-nationality-based product feature
cast in stone, but is instead a market-driven result
of the willingness of vapid-brained lazy consumers
to waste money to purchase dreck quality rather than
first consulting Consumer Re****ts or similar review
media that help consumers distinguish the crapola
products from the worthwhile ones.

China has thoroughly brainwashed its politically
naive population.
Now, the invasion of the soverign nation of Tibet,
the mercilessly brutal conquest of peaceful Tibet,
the invasive mass resettlement of hordes of unwanted
surplus ethnic Chinese from a nation turgid with
overpopulation (and also dying from mindless
industrial environmental degradation) into Tibet,
and the ongoing on-any-pretext genocide of the
natives of Tibet to make room for that invasive
resettlement, is seen by that heavily brainwashed
Chinese population both at home and expatriate as a
historically-justified national prerogative of
China, rather than as the multiple violations of
international law, the dereliction of the
responsibilities of civilized nations, and the
collective behavior of brutal yet craven dogs which
in fact it is?
One can only hope that nations currently civilized
will see fit in the near future to isolate China to
a trade confined entirely to be an internal one,
until China's current murderous government is
replaced by one both civilized and less a danger to
peace and prosperity in the rest of the world.
