As currently structured the ANWR is probably the biggest rip off of the
American people in our history. That deal simply _GIVES_ 1.4 trillion
dollars worth of oil to the big oil companies in return for $138B
bucks.

So why isn't this happening, Fred?  Why did we wait until the economy was
being destroyed to address this?  Can you spell Republican fascists?

That theory is highly implausible.  It does not fit with all the known oil
fields and it is merely a distraction.

The "self-immolation" is from misunderstanding environmental limits and
attempting to use non renewable fuels.  The population of the planet must
be controlled and it will be controlled.  It is unfortunate that it will
be done by starvation and/or war.  But that is what you get from organized
religion and fascism.
